Questions

Will my price go up when I renew?

No. The price on the page is the renewal price. If we ever change prices, the new ones apply to new orders and the plans already running keep theirs.

Do I have to pay for a year up front?

No. Web and WordPress plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel any day. VPS are billed by the hour, never more than the monthly price.

What happens if I reach a limit?

We email you at 80% and again at 100%. Nothing is switched off without notice, and you can move up a plan from the panel at any time.

Is Lowlight a real company?

No. Lowlight is a concept website by Benystudio. Prices, data centres and status are sample data, and the forms send nothing.

Is email included?

Web hosting plans include mailboxes (5 to 100 depending on the plan). Managed WordPress and VPS plans do not include email.

How is a VPS billed?

By the hour from the moment it starts, up to the monthly price. A VPS you delete after three days costs three days.
