Questions
Do I have to pay for a year up front?
No. Web and WordPress plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel any day. VPS are billed by the hour, never more than the monthly price.
Where is my data stored?
In the data centre you pick when you order: Helsinki, Frankfurt, Marseille, Montreal or Singapore. It stays there unless you move it.
How is a VPS billed?
By the hour from the moment it starts, up to the monthly price. A VPS you delete after three days costs three days.
Can I resize a VPS later?
Yes, up or down, from the panel. Disk can only grow, so start with the disk you need and add more later.
Do I get root access on a VPS?
Yes. You get a plain Linux server with root access over SSH. Backups are an add-on at 20% of the VPS price.
